Refunds and Cancellation of jobs

HourlyWorker.com, Inc. may decide in its absolute discretion to refund a Referral Fee onto the Worker’s credit card.  HourlyWorker.com, Inc.  is not involved in the contracting of a job between Employer and Worker, any cancellation of said job will not result in a refund of the Worker’s Referral Fee.

Termination of a Service Contract

HourlyWorker.com, Inc. is not involved in the contracting of a job between Employer and Worker, any termination of service settlement will be determined by the Employer and Worker.

Trademarks

Nothing in these Terms of Use or on the Site will be interpreted as allowing you any privilege or permit to utilize any trademarks, service marks, or logos shown on the Site.
